These terms apply to the Runway desktop app and to Runway Pro licenses. Runway is made by 57.083.632 LUIS OTAVIO PEREIRA (CNPJ 57.083.632/0001-83), Bom Despacho, MG, Brazil ("we"). By downloading, installing or buying Runway you agree to these terms.
1. Who sells Runway Pro
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Dodo Payments handles payment, taxes, invoices, and customer service inquiries about orders, and processes refunds under our refund policy.
2. The free version
You may use the free version of Runway for any purpose, personal or commercial, within its limits: two workspaces and three projects running at the same time. Every new install includes a 14-day trial of Pro.
3. Your Pro license
- A Pro license is for one person. You may activate it on up to three computers you use. You can move it by removing the license in the app.
- The license includes every update released during the 12 months after your purchase. Versions released in that period keep working without time limit.
- Updates released after those 12 months may require a renewal.
- You may not share, resell, or publish your license key, and you may not remove or bypass the license check.
4. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute Runway except where the law allows it. Runway runs commands and edits files in the folders you choose; you are responsible for the projects and commands you run with it.
5. Your data
Runway runs on your computer and does not upload your code or files. See the privacy policy.
6. No warranty
Runway is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or fit every purpose. Keep backups of your work and use version control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Runway is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce the rights of a license you already bought.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may use the courts of their own domicile.
